~~DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH~~

// April 9th, 2012 // No Comments » // Health Info

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:

Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

METHOD OF TREATMENT
1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water

2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute

3.. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.

4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours

5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.

6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases:
1. High Blood Pressure (30 days)
2. Gastric (10 days)
3. Diabetes (30 days)
4. Constipation (10 days)
5. Cancer (180 days)
6. TB (90 days)
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards – daily..

This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life. Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.

This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain…

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.

Once this ‘sludge’ reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks:

· Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting,
· Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
· You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
· Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
· 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.
· Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let’s be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive…
A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this mail sends it to everyone they know, you can be sure that we’ll save at least one life.
Please be a true friend and send this article to all your friends you care about.

PLEASE DON’T IGNORE SHARE IT. THIS MIGHT SAVE SOMEONE’S LIFE.

http://www.khanacademy.org/

Many of us have a great desire desire and passion and great direction for the university, however, I think in 10 years time, most of the universities in the world, will no longer be needed and will be replaced with online universities.

SO if 1 person Salman Khan can Change the world, YOU CAN also, just take a camera, start your mission right away and use tvpakistan.com or youtube.com to voice your goals.

Teach people via internet, no need to build a mulliti million dollar universities, when u can teach even more people with just the power of your computer.

Youtube to save 3 billion People come out of poverty

// December 18th, 2010 // 26 Comments » // youtube

Entrepreneurship is the answer in my opinion, and The way to give them knowledge is via video on a computer or a tablet or a mobile phone.

Small 2 min videos in qty of 20 to 30 of each small business
should be created covering every single aspect of that business in local language.

This will help them to learn and without failing be good in that business and start it with $100

Along with this there must be inspirational video inside that they could see and belive in them selves that they can actually change their lives, and this should be done by someone they know or can relate to who has already come out of the poverty in front of them.

If you can get 1 Million People to start these small businesses only 100 million Dollar is needed to do this.

Micro loans should be given to do this, and NGO’s should stop giving out charity and make these people come stand on their own feet.

My NGO is already working on creating such videos and have so far made of 10 businesses on www.supertec.org

My Suggestion to Abid Beli

// November 3rd, 2010 // Comments Off // Pakistan

Dear Abid, No Country is perfect, Malaysians , Turks and Chinese also do not feel that they are united, I have been there and spent over a month in each of these countries.

Feel proud of what you have, make it better, yes it is a good thing to be proud of what you have

70 years a go there was no Pakistan, and 100 years from now, it may again change its name, and there may be a new country in the world, with another name, 120 years a go there was no Germany,  70 years a go there was no Malaysia, 90 years a go there was no china as u know it.

World changes, people remain the same, Humanity is what counts more than nationalism,

Take the best resources that are around you, turn the garbage into gold, learn to do that, and then the poor people who think they are around garbage can see that it is not garbage but gold.

Again, look around you, and empower people with knowledge of how they can make more money.

IF YOU want to help people, You have done so much in you have done so much in your life, but you have not shared the stories, Share your story of

1.  How Beliscity was made

2. How to start an online store

3. Why sadia’s kitchen was made

4. How did sadia’s kitchen start

5. a virtual tour of sadia’s kitchen

6. how YOU can start your own food delivery business

7. How to start business in Dubai

8. How to start business in Pakistan

Make these 8 videos, maybe they will effect 8 people, and 8 khandaans, and then they will impact another * that is how things will change.

Change the people around you;s life, do not give them money, give them hope and knowledge, and empower them, by sharing  your knowledge you will only become more smarter, NOT less smarter

Look at google, they shared their information from the start, and helped other become more powerful, and now they are the most powerful, that is how Pakistan will be respected, when one man, YOU can change the lives of people around the world, by teaching them HOW to do business , HOW to improve their lives, HOW not to be scared to do business.

Look at khanacadmey, if one guy can educate the world how to learn maths, u can teach the world, how to change the world with business.

God bless you, and I HOPE i made any sence to you.

Pakistani IT-ärimees Rehan Allahwala tahab hakata Eestis äri tegema, kuid peab pärssivaks teguriks eestlaste keeleoskamatust.

// October 21st, 2010 // 31 Comments » // Digital Social Activism

Eestlaste internetisõbralikkus on täiesti unikaalne! Singapur, Malaisia, Dubai – need on ka väga high tech, kuid Eesti on veel rohkem high tech ja online kui Singapur!

Millega siin raha teenida saab?
Eesti turg on väike, kuid miskipärast tahavad kõik koduturul tegutseda. Nii ei jõua te kusagile. Et globaalset äri teha, tuleb globaalselt mõelda. Eestil on suur IT-teenuste ekspordi potentsiaal.

Azme alishan – What we all can do

// September 7th, 2010 // 23 Comments » // Blogs

I saw a great video today of an ad, it is below, i saw similar one in Malaysia and wanted to make, but was not able to, but today i am so happy to see this beautiful ad.

It shows how a good human must act like.

Commercial. Azm-E-Alishan

I hope you like it and share it with others also.

Then I tried to find who actually started this web site azme ali shan, but i was not able to , but it looks like an effort of Tahir Khan, Chairman of Interflow Advertising Agency, which also runs TV1 in Pakistan, and then I found his Launch speech below, which is beautiful and the correct direction for all poeple in the world.

On Internet Access and misc

// July 22nd, 2010 // 104 Comments » // Internet Research

A quick question, if I may and just for my understanding that why Pakistan
is always so vulnerable to such negative propagandas. For that matter, we
know Iran, Tunis, Saudi Arabia.all are Muslim countries and known to be
Internet black holes, and yes though Pakistan is also trying to become one
but nothing much in the press about these nations?

Not being an expert of ANY sort but just out of my personal experience, I
could write a thesis on the sorry state of internet access and how and who
is blocking further developments.

Why all these developments only for MAJOR CITIES. Is it Government’s
official policy to intrigue mass migration of population to large cities
seeking necessary basic amenities?

For that matter, my city is also listed among these 414 cities, where
Internet revolution is happening led by our very own PTCL. In papers, my
city actually has two broadband service providers but both of them truly
helpless due to one basic thing – age old copper wire infrastructure, which
PTCL never bothered to invest in. Just day before yesterday, I have been
refused a “Business DSL” by PTCL staff in Islamabad, plainly saying that we
cannot provide the service until network is renewed, which I know is not
going to happen for next 5 years as we have been hearing about it for last 3
years.

In this situation, wireless broadband seems to be an option but
unfortunately, this place is heavy on defense installations and there are
jammers here and there and will not let the signals get through in strength.

The solution PTCL officials gave me is to lay optic fibre at my own expenses
to the end-user point! Do you think it is a good idea? However, PTCL could
not provide me an estimate yet. I know, whatever it may be, I will not be
able to afford that. So all these tall claims are only good in papers or for
rhetoric in jazzy presentations. Please please please know that on the
ground situation is very different. That is why, we know that despite best
efforts, we are still struggling to increase internet user base in the
country. The city I am talking about has 3 major universities, huge defense
installations, and still vibrant industrial estate with almost 100% literacy
rate. And all this in the vicinity of maximum 10 kilometers.

I sincerely request now to please guide me that how can I get benefit of
booming internet revolution by PTCL and other service providers. I am ready
to pay Rs. 15,000 per month even for one mbps connection and if need be even
more but I need a stable connection. Wish I could afford my very own VSAT ;)

Using my data stick (2-3 kbps max, when am lucky) I can only download
emails, continually praying that someone have not attached a heavy file J
This situation is also depriving me from the online courses I am taking.

By the way, who is blocking 3G or 4G in Pakistan? Is it Telcos or PTA
itself? Whosoever but unfortunately, citizens are not at the heart of this
decision making process. If you go see on the ground, this situation is not
only depriving citizens from development opportunities but also national
exchequer from  billions of rupees of regular income.

Who to blame? Or just leave ourselves at the mercy of merciless decision
makers?

Thanks and best wishes
