My Letter in reply for call for interview to German Embassy in Pakistan

Dear Khalid,

Please you can print this from my side and take this with you, when you visit the embassy in reply to call for interview.

My interview has been conducted 4 times already, I am still the same person was i was last
year, and the year before and the year before and the year earlier then that.

I have been to German 3 times already, I have driven all around German, And even went to UK By Car From Frankfurt

They can ask for paper work as much as they want, but after 4 interviews, I do not have any interest in re-appearing in front of them again.

The last time the lady asked me what I will do for extra 3 days planned in German, and I told
her that I will take some time out and have a vacation, and she seemed to have not believed me.

So if they will not believe me again, I do not want to be in front of them again, If they do not
wish to grant me a visa, that is up to them.

However I ONLY Applied for the visa again because I was requested by the US Councilor in
Germany to do so, and Cebit Hanover CEO (Letters also attached), and Invoice and Payment
receipt for the 6250$ we have paid to them for buying a booth in Cebit for Super Technologies Inc USA, Plus my purchased airline ticket, Plus my hotel accommodation confirmation, Plus my Insurance while I will be in there country for the 1 to 2 weeks trying to conduct business with Europe and Germany.

If they still feel that they can not grant me the visa and do not find me fit to travel to there
country for business, Then they can go ahead and refuse me, like they have in the past.

But I will not submit to this discrimination, that they have with me.

The German Efficiency

4 Years ago, I applied for a German visa from Dubai, so that I could visit Cebit in Hanover, and I was denied.

then 3 Years ago I again applied for the same, I had to buy my airline ticket, which was first class for Lufthansa, and also my insurance to in Schengen,  I paid for them both, and again I was denied.

Well what to do, I asked the reason, but was told, that they can not tell.

Oh well, I again applied in 2005 from Pakistan, and was going to go with my 2nd cousin Khalid Feroze, who was the President of Chamber of Commerce at that time to another expo, and I was interviewed, and

Why were you refused for visa in Dubai ?

I said, I do not know, they did not tell me, I did ask though.

She said “Ahaa”

The lady asked me, why do you want to go ?

I said, So I can go to this exhibition, which I have the ticket for. (Which was a requirement to buy+ the insurance + hotel reservation + return ticket, all was attached with the visa application , cost’s around 2000$ total)

Ok, You applied for 4 days extra, what you will do there, I said I will relax and will be a tourist.

She said, ahaa, no problem. ( with a sarcastic sigh (as if really))

She said, Ok, You can collect your passport 2 days from now, I said, Well if you can give me today that would be great, because my flight is confirmed for tonight, he said ok, you can take your passport now.

My Cousin was also asked to come to the embassy at the same time, I was there for the interview, When I came out, he asked me what happened, and I told him, what happened, and we both thought that I will be issed the visa.

Around 20 mins later my name was announced, and I was given back my passport, and it had a paper in it, which was a rejection letter again, I asked for reason, and the counter lady said, I do not know, and you can appear if you like.

I was like gone insane, but kept quiet, and came out.

I was tired of applying and getting denied for reason I was un aware of.

So I filed an appeal, 3 months later I had my assistant check and was told that they sent the reply to appeal, which we never got, so we requested a copy, and then 2 weeks later we were given a letter, which was in German.

I asked when they gave it to me, that I appealed in English, you took the application in English, why is the appeal reply in German, I was told this is our official language, to which I replied, then why did you not take the application in my official languag of the country you are in? and if you took the appeal in english, you should reply in english.

Anyways, I got the appeal reply read by a friend, and I was told, that I can be denied for any reason and under the security law they can not tell me why I was denied.

So what can I fix ?

This year we are exibiting in Cebit again , and We have a booth which we have paid for, along with letter from US embassy in Germany, Cebit Hannover Fair saying we have this booth,  So we filed another application.

Now we are trying to find more information, and can not, as the fax does not work, and no reply on email so far.

I heard that the German’s were efficient for their accuracy, and top notch quality.

Yet the Number on there web site for Embassy in Pakistan does not work.

The email address on there web site is of a local email company in Pakistan that some time works and some times does not work.
