Facebook Ads Suggestion

I would like to target people who actually know the language or can speak the language hindi, but not use facebook in hindi

can u create that option please, as that way i can target many more people

Right now only 640 people in usa use hindi language on facebook

I know hindi but i can not write it nor read it, there are 800 million more people in the world like me

Most of India can not read and write hindi also.

So please do concider.
