My Writings. My Thoughts.
Hi, my name is Rehan, I am very sad about what has happened in Paris, I wish that the people who attacked would not do this anywhere in the world. I am from Pakistan, I see this every other day happening in Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan and it is sad to see this happening in Europe just like it is sad to see this happening in Asia.
I apologize and I am sorry for what has happened and I don’t have words to express myself its wrong, it’s just wrong to hurt anyone as in Islam it says to hurt 1 human being is like hurting the entire humanity, this is what Islam preaches.
So I hope that anybody who has anger in reaction to these attacks because people who attack are trying to provoke anger, the best answer for us is, to not to react to those people who are trying to make us angry and if you do have some anger it is because you have unanswered questions and I would strongly recommend, I request you that if you do have anger against those people who have attacked please who have attacked please try to find them and start talking to them and other people like them because these are the injustices going around the globe where people still in this planet which is so hyper connected and inter connected , we still are unconnected and we are still blaming because of them this is happening and we do not see our own responsibility. So if we can only reach out to the people whom we feel are in need of our empathy, sympathies, of our knowledge and courage reach out to these people on Facebook and we can talk to them, we can show them that we are not their enemy.
Collectively as a human race, we can all live together happily, so once again my sympathies are with all the people of France especially the people who are hurt and their families. I know there are not enough words which I can use and I can feel your pain but by reacting we will be hurting a lot of people, don’t react but act by choosing wisdom, choosing to reach out and giving a friendship hand , knowledge and time around the globe from Syria we are harnessing these people with anger because of the injustice we are doing to these people all around the world be it in Africa, be it in Asia, be it in Europe, US, South America around anywhere in the world. We need to reach out, we need to make everybody feel as a big connected family that we can all live in peace and harmony.
Thank you so much & God bless you.

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute
3.. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.
The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases:
1. High Blood Pressure (30 days)
2. Gastric (10 days)

7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards – daily..
This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life. Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.
This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain…
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.
Once this ‘sludge’ reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks:
· Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting,
· Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
· You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
· Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
· 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.
· Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let’s be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive…

Tomorrow is eid, I landed 11 am on the Karachi Airport.
I was upgraded to first class, the guy next door did not wish to talk , he had large mustache, looked english by the content on tv that he was watching.
The stuartes was Japanese, polite, looked Pilipino.
Landed in Karachi I wanted to rush to Immigration, as mostly people rush to it and then their is a large Que.. However i went to the last line, and yet there were 30+ people in front of me.
I stood there, and heard the counter on the right of me, which was made for the Crew, saying that the Emirates flight is not in the System yet, and therefor he could not let anyone though.
I stood there in my own line, and the i thought that this guy looked familiar, so I said Salam, and asked how you are ? He said i am well and how are you ?
He said I looked familiar to him also, and he said maybe he did a LP for me, that man was Mr Akbar Rana very good memory of his i guess, and i took his name and put in my cell and found his full name and he asked me again how i am, and i gave him my card, and he remembered me.
He asked me to come to his counter, and he stamped my passport as the first customer.
It was weird how i saw the power of Just saying hello and asking how people are working for me again and again.
I went out and their were no trolleys, as tomorrow is eid, every single flight was full, that is why i got upgraded also.
I asked a gentleman who had a badge on who i can request for trolley and i was told to go to CAA counter, which i did, and again politely requested for trolley.
The guy told me it is over packed today but he is arranging the trolleys.
WHen i got away from him, i saw another FIA guy , who i had met in December with Akbar Rana last year, and i asked him how he was and how his kids are doing.
Last year he asked me about laptops and i gave him my 10,000 rs laptop wala’s number.
I saw my bag had already came in on the belt, which was weird as usually it takes over 1 hr for the bags to come, and yet the bag was there, I was happy, and took all the bags and came out without the trolley.
Coming out was like i was in a Shanghai Bus stop , too many people, moving slowly, but luckily no one pushed me today, well almost no one
I came out and the main exit was swamped with people like bee’s so i took the 2nd exit and went out.
Superman tameez was waiting for me and looked very tired, and upon inquiry i found that he has not slept the night before.
I breathed the air of Karachi looking around, and it came to me that maybe we are impolite and maybe we try to rush for things as their may not be enough resources for all, and unless you jump or rush for things, Pakistani nation feels that they will loose.
Which also dawned on me that is it true or this is how our mind’s have been setup?
Will we learn to collaborate or will we keep on competing with each other and making it worse for all the parties ?
Since this entire week, i have been cursing my self on why i did not move to Malaysia, which reminds me every time i go there as if I am in United Staes, with the big highway and organized things, and really affordable life.
Why do i keep coming back to Pakistan wanting it to be like the country which I WANT it to be , where people follow lines, and give people way, and stop when their is someone in front of their car and let them pass by.
What can i do i ask my self today to bring COLLABORATION to the table and take away the competition from our lives ?
While on my way to Dubai on the plane, i saw the movie Arthur from 1981 and while i was going to KL i saw Arthur 2011, Both the movies had significant changes in themselves.
The 1981 movie heronie was a thief, and was ready to do anything to get married or be with rather as he was rich, where as in the 2011 movie, the heroine was no longer interested in the money but was interested in HIM.
So what happened in 30 years in the movie industry ?
Does it mean that in 1981 times in the US people were also money centric then they are now, like we see people in other developing countries, where values are given away over money ?
So do we have to be rich to find out that being rich does not really matter ?
Only when you are rich, you are sure, that being rich does not really matter…
So thank you allah for this nazool, i am typing this while Tameez bah is driving me home..
Hope you are all well, and we will collaborate more on these thoughts.
Eid Mubarak to you all.
Napoleon Hill – An Author who died in 1970, Wrote a book called Think and Grow Rich in 1937. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/
I found about this yesterday by a friend Mr Qamar Hasan via Facebook. He told me to hear his video’s on youtube, and i search, and found and played. I found that there are many , but one series on this subject has 10 videos +. When I played the first part, I was amazed to hear it.
A guy comes and introduces mr Napoleon and then Mr Napoleon comes and starts to speak. And The words shock me.
He starts with these words. ” How do you do? I am very Happy to have this personal visit with you, Won’t you be seated please.”
This video was probably made in in 1940’s or 1950’s and at that time, the camera’s were huge not toys like in our mobile phones.
I salute the imagination of this man, where he was able to imagine how VIDEO will impact human life, and he has lived forever now.
When someone ask’s me what is my Religion, I tell them Youtube and Facebook. The reason is that if we can not share what we know, then to me we are not leaving behind the best thing that we can give to the world, our knowledge, and the delivery he gave at that time is so amazing to me, where the camera’s were huge, probably had to go to a studio to record, and must have heard so much criticism.
So what did we learn, I learned that though people may think you are weird, or different, or may not agree with what you are saying, BUT you must continue to give away what you can.
2. Video is the right way to teach, and the right way to leave behind what ever you want to leave behind.
I travelled 45 days in different parts of the world since last 45 days
and i found multiple answers to many questions.
I found that everyone in the world wants to be different, yet be the same.
I found tha we are all exactly the same no matter which countr we are from.
You can categorize people into different kinds of people, shrude,
sweet, humble, macho, sweet, swarrow, scared, friendly.
I found same kind of people in all countries, no matter how much we
think we are better or worse than others we are the same.
You take a person from anywhere in the world and put him in a family
from another part of the world, and the result will be almost the
same, but the thing is, do we know what the result have been in the
other place, i think the personality is the same, the knowledge,
circumstances, and culture distrupts the results in the people.
I wish that we could put the world in a shaker and get people to be
part of familes from other parts of the world, and we would become so
Language is one of the biggest challange that keeps us far, and i
think that the internet and google, and facebook is going to bring us
all humans much closer to each other, and those who will take
advantage of the best of the things around the world instead of
attacking and fighting will be most financially and otherwise
Knowledge is what makes us who we are, i was thinking today why the
first ayat was, kul, with the name of ur creator, and rabbi zidni
Our brain is capeable of doing 100 times not 100% more, we have to
train it, and let go of egos, hatered, jeliousy, and just have a huge
smile and love for all around us, and treat all equally, and we will
be living in a beautifull place.
People asked me how is Pakistan and i told them wonderfull.
It has all the best in the world, and the things that are not there
yet, are a opportunity for us to bring them to us and see how we can
enjoy small things in life together.
I saw this week people running , cycling and rollerblading on public
streets with police in front of them, enjoying, and i think it was
I saw last night people hanging out on a hill at montparness, singing,
playing music, smoking having fun, and why cant we have that, does it
take money ? Or just a will.
Will share more….
